Welcome to the Warm Springs Hollow, located in the east end of Boise, Idaho. Our 58 home community is managed by Park Pointe Management Services of Boise. We have easy access to downtown, the Greenbelt, a local grocery, and are within walking distance to Adams Elementary School. We have an active homeowners' association. Some of the amenities we offer in the Hollow are our year round geothermal pool, tennis and pickleball courts and park area. The common areas are maintained and residents are allowed 2 pets.
